I "stumbled" into my government accounting career when I joined a local CPA firm in 1999 who performed audits for federal, state and local government agencies. I transitioned from my public accounting career in 2011 to begin my career in local government accounting. When I'm not working, I enjoy reading, going to the movies, volunteering at my church, and spending as much time as I can with my 2 sons (Jack and Mason) and dog (Zoe).
